Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- physical ability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and check quality and size of servings
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to company standards
- monitor staff and guest actions to ensure safety standards and liquor laws compliance
- recruit and hire new team members
- orient staff and oversee their training
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
