Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
- Lead kitchen operations including supervising food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
