Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- capability to perform physical motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- legal age to serve alcohol
- basic math skills for order and cash handling

Job Duties

- recruit, hire, and orient new team members
- oversee staff training
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
