Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- proficiency in using hands and wrists for tasks requiring pushing, pulling, stretching, and fine motor skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion sizes
- resolve customer complaints about food and service
- monitor kitchen and dining area cleanliness according to company standards
- enforce safety standards and liquor laws for staff and guests
- recruit and hire new team members
- orient and train staff
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
