Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- five to ten years of experience in a related position
- strong leadership and personnel management skills
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- ability to develop and manage budgets and business plans
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including some travel
- compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- ability to oversee safety programs and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- Four year college degree or equivalent education
- five to ten years of related experience in hospitality management
- advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management
- strong ability to analyze and interpret complex information

- highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- ability to manage a large team of up to five hundred employees
Job Duties
- Manage human resources to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- hire, train, develop, empower, coach, counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, communicate openly, discipline and terminate as appropriate
- develop, recommend, implement, and manage the group’s annual budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts and objectives
- implement company programs and develop local procedures ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and laws
- resolve customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and quality
- implement emergency organization procedures and training through security staff
- execute and promote accident prevention program
- manage maintenance and sanitation of front and back of house
- assume responsibilities of general manager in absence
