Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- proficiency in using hands and wrists continuously for tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including peak dining times
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- good customer service orientation

Job Duties
- oversee the operation of the kitchen and dining room
- estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
- supervise food preparation and check quality and portion sizes
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
- monitor staff and guests to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are obeyed
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff
- schedule work hours to cover peak dining times
- adhere to physical requirements of the role including standing and lifting
