Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One or more years experience in leadership, motivation, or team development or equivalent military service

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks and reporting back results
- Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item rollout
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring trained staff and organized service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
