Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- capability to perform repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle cash and perform basic financial reconciliations

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion size
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned to company standards
- monitor staff and guest compliance with safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit and hire new team members
- orient and train staff
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
