Job Duties

- ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- monitor staff and guest compliance with safety and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- schedule staff to cover peak dining hours
- stand for extended periods and lift 30 to 50 pounds
