Job Duties
- Lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Support General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item implementations
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
