Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • skill in performing repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • flexible availability to work during peak dining hours

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • proficiency in scheduling and staff management
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion control
  • resolve customer complaints regarding food and service
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas per company standards
  • monitor staff and guest conduct to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, and orient new team members
  • train staff to meet operational and service expectations
  • schedule staff shifts to cover peak dining hours
