Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- skill in performing repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- flexible availability to work during peak dining hours

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion control
- resolve customer complaints regarding food and service
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas per company standards
- monitor staff and guest conduct to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, and orient new team members
- train staff to meet operational and service expectations
- schedule staff shifts to cover peak dining hours
