Job Requirements
- 3+ years of fine dining management experience
- Proven ability to lead both FOH and BOH teams
- Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Sommelier certification preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certificates
- Must be available nights, weekends, and select holidays (closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving)

Job Duties
- Partner with the GM to oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service and execution
- Manage the wine program, vendor relations, and staff training
- Drive profitability through cost control and labor management
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns
- Support training, culture, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
