Job Requirements

  • Valid driver license and auto insurance
  • Willingness to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to use own car for work-related duties
  • Commitment to positively influence and lead through example
  • Flexibility to work during all meal periods with a focus on peak times
  • Must follow Pastini's policies, procedures and core values
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve complex problems

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to train and develop teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Valid OLCC Permit and Food Handler's, ServSafe or Always Food Safe Certification

Job Duties

  • Lead the development and training of the host team
  • Assist General Manager with financial responsibilities including budgeting and payroll
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee repair and maintenance of the building and equipment
  • Promote and enforce company policies and a respectful workplace
  • Foster a positive team environment and high morale
