Job Requirements
- At least 2 years restaurant management or culinary leadership experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Experience coaching, training, and developing teams
- Ability to multitask and delegate as needed
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Effective prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously
- Proficient knowledge of computers, point of sale software, and restaurant back office tools

Job Duties
- Lead by example and be a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with core values and culture
- Attract, identify, and hire team members who embody the Fresh Vibe and can grow within the organization
- Communicate team wins, priorities, best practices and operational changes consistently
- Connect with the local community through local marketing and community involvement
- Help deliver store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success
- Schedule daily labor requirements to meet business needs and provide great customer service
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Maintain high food quality standards and production levels through strong front-of-house and back-of-house leadership
- Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, and managing conflicts
- Contribute ideas and solutions to increase productivity, retention, and improve operations
- Assist in training, leadership, and development of team members
