Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
  • excellent leadership capabilities
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with hotel management systems
  • capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • commitment to delivering high standards of customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
  • experience in hotel operations management
  • proven track record in sales support and business development
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of hotel management software such as PMS and POS
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • customer service excellence with a guest-first mindset
  • financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring departments function efficiently and meet service standards
  • actively support sales efforts by prospecting and maintaining group and negotiated business
  • assist in hiring, training, and managing staff to ensure a motivated team
  • handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements including brand standards
  • collaborate with sales team to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
  • act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions and ensuring seamless operations
