Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- ServSafe certification is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to lead a diverse team and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Oversee selection, development, and performance management of employees
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health regulations
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service
- Maintain accurate inventory and control costs
- Supervise portion control and minimize waste
- Estimate food needs, place orders, and schedule deliveries
- Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints
- Manage shifts including scheduling, decision making, and maintaining standards
- Investigate and resolve food and service complaints
- Ensure all employees complete training
- Communicate job expectations and enforce policies
- Provide employee feedback and establish performance expectations
- Prepare schedules and ensure full staffing
- Develop crewmembers and shift leaders for leadership roles
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Perform loss prevention audits
- Report issues promptly to the General Manager
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment
- Accomplish company goals by taking ownership
- Perform other duties as assigned
