Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or management
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and teams
- Knowledge of hotel management software and operational systems
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Financial literacy including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with staff recruitment training and development
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring all departments function efficiently and meet service standards
- Assist in hiring training and managing staff ensuring a motivated team that delivers exceptional guest experience
- Handle guest complaints resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements including brand standards and company policies
- Collaborate with sales to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
- Step into the General Manager’s role in their absence making critical decisions and ensuring seamless operations
