Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and meet service standards
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff to deliver exceptional guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including brand standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
  • Step into the General Manager's role in their absence to ensure seamless operations
