Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in driving operational excellence
  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Lead and develop department managers and frontline teams
  • Assist with budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on promotional initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and manage emergency situations with professionalism
