Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience

- Proven leadership capabilities
- Experience in inventory control and cost-saving strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Sommelier certification or deep wine knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Work with kitchen and bar teams to manage food and beverage costs
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Assist with wine selection, service, and managing wine inventory
- Track and manage costs, labor, and expenses
- Serve as a liaison between management, kitchen, and staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in planning and executing special events and private parties
- Maintain exceptional fine dining customer service standards
