Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ServSafe certification
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff selection development and performance management
  • oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • optimize profits by controlling costs and minimizing waste
  • uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health and ServSafe regulations
  • ensure consistent high quality food preparation and customer service
