- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff selection development and performance management
- oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- optimize profits by controlling costs and minimizing waste
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health and ServSafe regulations
- ensure consistent high quality food preparation and customer service
- handle guest complaints and ensure positive guest experiences
