Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle guest relations professionally
  • Basic understanding of inventory and labor cost management

Job Duties

  • Coordinate front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) daily operations
  • Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate staff and resources
  • Write weekly staff schedules
  • Order beer and spirits
  • Be present on the floor during service
  • Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
  • Uphold and ensure adherence to CHG standards
  • Manage guest relationships including inquiries, complaints, and compliments
