Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality management or related field
Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach and develop staff
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to handle guest relations professionally
Basic understanding of inventory and labor cost management

Job Duties

Coordinate front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) daily operations
Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate staff and resources
Write weekly staff schedules
Order beer and spirits
Be present on the floor during service
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
Uphold and ensure adherence to CHG standards
Manage guest relationships including inquiries, complaints, and compliments
