Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of manager or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
- Minimum 2 years of server, bartender, or service captain experience
- ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to complete training
- TIPS certification or willingness to complete training
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capacity for restaurant management duties including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting
- Strong integrity, intelligence, honesty, and eagerness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable leader
- Knowledge of POS and scheduling software
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Minimum 2 years of experience as server, bartender, or service captain in upscale or casual dining
- Strong knowledge of food service, wine, beer, spirits and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS/Toast systems, scheduling software, Excel, and Google Suite
- ServSafe Manager and TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to manage physical demands of restaurant operations including standing and lifting
- Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated service
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve company standards
- Maintain consistent quality in food and beverage service according to established protocols
- Monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, sanitation, and appearance
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks using POS and other software tools
- Cultivate a positive, productive work environment emphasizing teamwork and communication
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including ServSafe and TIPS standards
