Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Experience with Aloha and CTUIT systems
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong physical ability to perform job duties
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to train and supervise team members effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
  • Competency with restaurant management software such as Aloha and CTUIT
  • Knowledge of ServSafe standards and food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Ability to manage guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Job Duties

  • Conduct second interviews and schedule orientations
  • Conduct new team member orientations including paperwork
  • Enter new team members into Aloha and CTUIT systems
  • Ensure 100 percent completion of onboarding process
  • Provide new team members with training schedules using certified Wing Certified Trainers only
  • Complete and file all training paperwork after day six
  • Follow up daily on training with signatures
  • Facilitate post-shift training meetings primarily by the training manager
  • Develop and maintain Wing Certified Trainers for all restaurant sections
  • Keep all WCT paperwork, evaluations, and certifications organized
  • Hold regular monthly WCT meetings and conduct biannual evaluations
  • Manage all new menu rollouts
  • Provide ServSafe training to all Wing Certified Trainers
  • Follow operating standards for tipped team members and FOH support
  • Open and close duties for tipped employees
  • Adjust pay rate statuses when necessary during shifts
  • Manage guest complaints and close guest comment and hot alert forms within 48 hours
  • Perform quarterly full Quality Service Checks
  • Handle all non-McLane ordering
  • Enter invoices and manage accounts payable in CTUIT
  • Ensure training process is 100 percent complete every time
  • Develop Wing Certified Trainers continuously
  • Maintain communication and cooperate with management and team members
