Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- proven leadership skills
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- assist in overseeing daily hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance
- ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by handling guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- supervise and motivate staff while providing coaching and support
- participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- hire, train, and evaluate hotel employees and encourage professional development
- ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
- collaborate with sales team to promote hotel services and increase bookings
- prepare monthly operational and financial reports for management
