Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or supervisory role
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • assist in overseeing daily hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by handling guest concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • supervise and motivate staff while providing coaching and support
  • participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • hire, train, and evaluate hotel employees and encourage professional development
  • ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
  • collaborate with sales team to promote hotel services and increase bookings
  • prepare monthly operational and financial reports for management
