Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in quick service restaurants
- Must be 21 years or older
- California Food Safety Manager Certified
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in restaurant operations including food safety and sanitation
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS system
- Experience with standard office software

Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a high volume quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certification required
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and restaurant safety
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system
- Experienced with office software and digital communication tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to give and receive effective feedback
- Demonstrates humility, empathy, and team-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with proven time management skills
- Able to learn and adapt to new software including HRIS, LMS, scheduling, and timekeeping systems
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to transfer within a 50-mile radius
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant and make real-time decisions to ensure an excellent dining experience
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
- Manage and develop all team members to meet executional and procedural standards
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training of new team members
- Develop and mentor team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Manage team member records, timecards, and schedules using HRIS and payroll systems
- Ensure positive guest service and effectively handle complaints to create satisfied guests
- Enforce food safety and sanitation practices, maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
- Supervise food preparation, portion control, and inventory ordering to minimize waste
- Manage financial responsibilities including cost control, payroll accuracy, budgeting, and meeting financial goals with the General Manager
- Adhere to company core values and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
