Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of front service operations
- Proficient in handling internal communications

Job Duties
- Manage bell, valet parking, and transportation staff
- Assist Front Services Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and development
- Maintain high levels of service expected by hotel management
- Ensure high productivity of all employees
- Send and respond to internal communications with staff and stakeholders promptly
- Implement and maintain training for new personnel
- Motivate and direct bell, valet, and transportation teams
