Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar customer service roles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage areas of bell, valet parking, and transportation staff
- Assist Front Services Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and development
- Maintain high level of service expected by hotel management
- Ensure high productivity of all employees
- Send and respond to internal communications with staff, including human resources and department stakeholders
- Implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff
- Direct and motivate all bell, valet and transportation staff
