Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Manage Bell, Valet Parking, and Transportation staff
- Assist Front Services Manager with recruiting, hiring, training and development
- Maintain high level of service expected by hotel management
- Ensure high productivity of all employees
- Send and respond to internal communications with staff including Human Resources and department stakeholders
- Implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff
- Direct and motivate all bell, valet and transportation staff
