Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
  • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Proven track record of maintaining high service standards
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service protocols

Job Duties

  • Manage Bell, Valet Parking, and Transportation staff
  • Assist Front Services Manager with recruiting, hiring, training and development
  • Maintain high level of service expected by hotel management
  • Ensure high productivity of all employees
  • Send and respond to internal communications with staff including Human Resources and department stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff
  • Direct and motivate all bell, valet and transportation staff
