Job Duties
- Support and manage the Front Office while collaborating with other hotel departments
- Supervise, empower, lead, coach and motivate the team including Front Office Leads to achieve exceptional guest service results and associate engagement
- Assist the hotel in reaching top service scores by reviewing guest feedback and coordinating with relevant teams
- Review staffing and equipment needs proactively
- Coordinate and execute the guest arrival and departure experience
- Assist with department scheduling and payroll
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure safety and compliance with Hyatt standards
- Develop ideas for special events and holiday functions
- Monitor inventory, control purchasing, and manage supplier relationships
- Coordinate with sales and events teams for flawless event execution
- Maintain high standards of service for exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate on lobby activations and upselling programs with the Front Office Manager
- Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coach and counsel employees to uphold Hyatt service standards
- Analyze financial and operational data to improve revenue and profitability
- Facilitate administrative tasks including payroll, reports, forecasts, and inventory
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue across the Rooms Division
- Collaborate with Revenue and Reservation teams to optimize hotel selling strategies
- Optimize staff scheduling for coverage and labor cost management
- Work on proactive communication and project initiatives with the Front Office Manager
- Serve as primary contact for high-profile clients during event execution
- Monitor guest satisfaction feedback and implement corrective plans
- Analyze guest feedback for continuous service improvement
- Ensure all event spaces and equipment are clean and operational
- Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards according to regulations
