Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to high school diploma or higher
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality environment
- Regular attendance according to established guidelines
- Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must pass background checks if required

- Proven customer service and problem solving experience
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
- Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions
- Experience in front office supervision or management
Job Duties
- Supervise and coach front desk associates, guest services, and PBX operators
- Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and problem resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
- Help implement initiatives to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience
- Manage guest resolution process to include investigation of situation and creative problem solving to ensure guest is satisfied with outcome
- Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving cash, checks and credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges and making change correctly
- Perform other duties as assigned
