Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services
- US work authorization
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or hotel front office
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
- proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- customer service oriented mindset
- high school diploma or equivalent
- additional hospitality or management education is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversees front desk and concierge operations
- acts as manager on duty when senior managers are not available
- welcomes and registers hotel guests explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
- checks guests out of the hotel preparing and explaining the bill
- resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel handling all guest interactions with highest hospitality and professionalism
- responds to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum satisfaction
- directs and supports front desk staff to maintain service standards
