Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services
  • US work authorization
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or hotel front office
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
  • proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • customer service oriented mindset
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional hospitality or management education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversees front desk and concierge operations
  • acts as manager on duty when senior managers are not available
  • welcomes and registers hotel guests explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
  • checks guests out of the hotel preparing and explaining the bill
  • resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel handling all guest interactions with highest hospitality and professionalism
  • responds to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum satisfaction
  • directs and supports front desk staff to maintain service standards
