  • minimum of 2 years previous hotel front office in a similar role

Job Duties

  • Supervises and manages employees
  • managing all day-to-day operations
  • understanding employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
  • establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees
  • handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • collaborates with the Front Office Manager on ways to continually improve departmental service
  • emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement
