Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of supervisory experience in hotel front office
- proficiency with front office software and cash handling
- ability to work evening shifts
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- one or more years of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
- prior experience with Marriott or equivalent at supervisory level preferred
- knowledge of GXP and Lightspeed systems a plus
- ability to independently manage each discipline within the front office
- prior cash handling experience
- strong communication skills with guests and team members
- proficient computer skills
Job Duties
- assist in managing daily front desk operations
- supervise front office staff during evening shifts
- ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- handle cash management and daily financial reconciliation
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
- support the Front Office Manager in overall department leadership
