Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • minimum 2 years experience in guest services or front desk or related area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • ability to lead and manage employees
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to resolve guest issues effectively
  • understanding of front office policies and procedures
  • commitment to high standards of customer service

Job Qualifications

  • or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major

Job Duties

  • supporting management of front desk team
  • monitoring and supporting progress toward guest services and front desk goals
  • ensuring exceptional customer service
  • managing projects and policies
  • providing information to supervisors and co-workers
  • analyzing information and evaluating results to solve problems
  • functioning in place of the front office manager in his/her absence
