Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum 2 years experience in guest services or front desk or related area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- ability to lead and manage employees
- strong communication skills

- understanding of front office policies and procedures
