Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel front office or guest services supervision or management
- strong communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in analyzing guest satisfaction data
- knowledge of budgeting and accounting procedures
- familiarity with safety programs and HR compliance
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
