Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in front office
- experience in luxury hotel or luxury customer service environment
- strong communication skills
- pleasing personality
- open and flexible schedule including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- proficiency with Opera, Hotsos, Microsoft Office
