Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in front office
  • experience in luxury hotel or luxury customer service environment
  • strong communication skills
  • pleasing personality
  • open and flexible schedule including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • proficiency with Opera, Hotsos, Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience and background in a leadership position in Front Office Department
  • experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury customer service environment
  • strong engagement and communication skills with pleasing personality
