- Minimum 1 year experience in night audit
- Minimum 2 years experience in front desk operations

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead front desk and supporting departments
- hire, terminate, evaluate performance, train, and develop staff
- Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy
- Maintain department daily and weekly payroll
- Maintain standards of guest service quality
- Contribute to hotel profitability and guest satisfaction
- Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability of guest services
- Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans
- Manage reservation function to maintain occupancy and average daily rate
- Maintain credit control and security procedures
- Receive and resolve guest complaints
- Ensure staff use guest interaction skills
- Reward employees meeting or exceeding expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
