  • Minimum 1 year experience in night audit
  • Minimum 2 years experience in front desk operations
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead front desk and supporting departments
  • hire, terminate, evaluate performance, train, and develop staff
  • Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy
  • Maintain department daily and weekly payroll
  • Maintain standards of guest service quality
  • Contribute to hotel profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability of guest services
  • Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans
  • Manage reservation function to maintain occupancy and average daily rate
  • Maintain credit control and security procedures
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints
  • Ensure staff use guest interaction skills
  • Reward employees meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
