Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of supervisory experience in a hotel environment
- proven experience in front office operations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- proficiency with hotel property management systems

Job Duties
- Supports and manages the front office while working with other hotel departments
- supervise, empower, lead, coach and motivate the team including front office leads to achieve exceptional guest service results and associate engagement
- assist in reaching top box service scores on meeting planner surveys by reviewing group resumes and guest feedback
- proactively review staffing and equipment needs
- ensure coordination and execution of guest arrival and departure experience
- assist with department scheduling and payroll
- perform daily walk-throughs to ensure safety and corporate standards
- develop ideas for special events and holiday functions
- monitor inventory, control purchasing and manage supplier relationships
- coordinate with sales and events teams to ensure flawless execution for meeting planner arrivals
- uphold impeccable service standards for exceptional guest experience
- collaborate on lobby activations
- maintain and engage upselling programs
- implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
- resolve customer complaints to maintain quality
- coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards
- analyze financial and operational data to implement strategies that increase revenue and profitability
- facilitate administrative tasks including payroll, reports, forecasts, point of sale procedures and inventory
- create and implement strategies to drive revenue across rooms division
- coordinate with revenue and reservations teams to optimize selling strategy
- optimize staff scheduling to manage labor costs
- collaborate on project-related communications and results
- serve as primary contact for high-profile clients during event execution
- monitor guest satisfaction feedback and implement corrective plans
- analyze guest feedback to improve service delivery
- develop long-term business strategies for front office and rooms division
- ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of event spaces and equipment
- enforce health, safety and sanitation standards according to regulations
