Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hotel front office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with hotel management software
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in hotel front office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Experience with revenue management and forecasting
- Fluency in a second language
- Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA)
- OPERA experience
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Address guest concerns professionally
- Train and develop front desk agents
- Assist in development and implementation of guest satisfaction and revenue strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports including guest information and financial transactions
