Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in hotel front office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Experience with revenue management and forecasting
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA)
  • OPERA experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the front desk
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Address guest concerns professionally
  • Train and develop front desk agents
  • Assist in development and implementation of guest satisfaction and revenue strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports including guest information and financial transactions
