Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in hotel rooms division
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • High energy and motivational leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • At least 2 years progressive management experience within hotel Rooms Division
  • Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
  • High energy with entrepreneurial spirit and motivational leadership qualities
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the department according to team goals
  • Delegate tasks and supervise front office staff ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and efficiently
  • Encourage colleague creativity and recognize contributions
  • Conduct colleague training, development, and performance management
  • Ensure all staff deliver excellent service to customers
  • Assist in scheduling to meet occupancy and service needs
