Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience in hotel rooms division
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- High energy and motivational leadership
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
- At least 2 years progressive management experience within hotel Rooms Division
- Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
- High energy with entrepreneurial spirit and motivational leadership qualities
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Job Duties
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the department according to team goals
- Delegate tasks and supervise front office staff ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and efficiently
- Encourage colleague creativity and recognize contributions
- Conduct colleague training, development, and performance management
- Ensure all staff deliver excellent service to customers
- Assist in scheduling to meet occupancy and service needs
