Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years hospitality related experience including front desk operations
- Ability to work varied shifts including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Physical ability to perform bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Commitment to follow safety standards and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support front office associates
- Oversee all front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in monitoring front office financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting controls
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental budgets and forecasts
- Review and submit capital budget item orders
- Manage guest correspondence and incident logs
- Maintain front office supplies and merchandise inventory
- Collaborate with the Sales office to ensure group resumes and rooming lists are accurately maintained
- Monitor guest room occupancy to optimize usage and minimize overbooking
- Adhere to sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
