Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years experience in hospitality or related service industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile and maintain eye contact
- Be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including adhering to dress code
- Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments
- Supervise daily front office functions to ensure professional guest service levels
- Resolve guest complaints satisfactorily
- Coordinate daily group arrival/departure preparation, special requests, room assignments and guest amenity programs
- Assist in scheduling front office staff according to forecasted business levels
- Follow up with front office staff on daily shift and individual duties
- Provide verbal instruction and guidance compliant with company policies and standards
- Support and comply with hotel policies related to accounting, purchasing, credit and cash handling
- Maintain front office/lobby appearance while on duty
- Maintain proper collateral and supply inventory for front office activities
- Coordinate guest relocation when necessary
- Maintain proper operation of Property Management System
- Understand fire/safety procedures and provide assistance during emergencies
- Participate in departmental and administrative meetings
- Play an active role in recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training
- Contribute to department development and engagement
- Adhere to standards of operation, policies, procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions
- Be familiar with safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
- Attend relevant meetings
