Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
- minimum two years front office/guest services experience with supervisory responsibilities
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- proficiency with property management and reservation systems
- flexible availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- fluency in English

Job Duties
- Deliver on the promise of SonestaA+ Service in all interactions with guests and clients
- manage the day-to-day activities of the Front Office staff
- schedule colleagues to ensure proper coverage
- recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions
- ensure all staff is properly trained on systems, security, cash handling procedures, and service standards
- ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition
- schedule and conduct routine inspections of front office and public areas to maintain appearance
- assist in monitoring and controlling labor costs and expenses
- assist in maintaining security procedures for financial transactions and guest security
- train staff on emergency/crisis communication procedures
- promote teamwork and quality service through coordination with other hotel departments
- interact with guests, regulatory agencies, and other contacts to ensure guest satisfaction
- serve as manager on duty as required
- perform other duties as assigned including assisting staff during peak periods
