Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience

- Ability to operate MICROS system proficiently

Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to maintain positive guest relations
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests, manage check-ins and check-outs professionally
- Ensure proper staffing levels, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling front office staff
- Understand and perform front office duties as needed
- Resolve guest complaints through investigation and creative problem solving
- Manage the MICROS system for all front office transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Engineering about guest room and maintenance needs
- Assist the General Manager with special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances
