Job Duties

  • Ensure Front Desk Team checks guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and professionally
  • Respond to guests' needs and concerns in a timely, professional, and friendly manner focusing on service recovery when applicable
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Prepare and adjust weekly work schedules according to staffing guidelines and labor forecasts
  • Review guest comments and ensure problems are identified and corrected promptly
  • Maintain effective communication between Front Office and other departments
  • Monitor and maintain Front Office systems and equipment for optimal performance
  • Foster good relations with concierge partners, valet service, taxi services, and airport connections to maximize quality service
