Job Requirements
- possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day front office operations
- manage cash control for front office agents
- assess and fulfill staffing needs
- train and develop front office staff
- schedule employees in accordance with business demands
- respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- ensure guest satisfaction and appropriate resolution
