Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work most events and shows and be available to work evenings and weekends
  • May act as the FOH on Duty for some events
  • Attend weekly management meetings, all-hands meetings and management training

Job Qualifications

  • Self-starter who can take direction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with company or tour proprietary information and staff information
  • Models consistent and appropriate staff behavior and work ethic
  • Comfortable trouble-shooting escalated issues and patron interactions
  • Previous management experience a plus
  • strong people skills required

Job Duties

  • Assist with the hiring process for new staff
  • Track new usher and supervisor training progress
  • Oversee usher supplies, equipment inventory and maintenance
  • Coordinate the return of leftover coat check and lost and found items to their owners
  • Facilitate advanced ADA requests including any specialized ADA accommodations
  • Create and post all necessary venue signage both indoors and outside on event days
  • Oversee staff assignments for the event
  • Organize ADA requests for supervisors
  • Assist with any staff and patron issues as needed
  • Act as the FOH manager on duty for some events
  • Attend weekly management meetings, all-hands meetings and management training
