- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Uphold all Co-op policies, procedures and expectations
- Ensure the Front End department operates effectively and efficiently under the direction of the Front End Manager
- Provide prompt, friendly and courteous customer service
- Verify and reconcile tills and handle cash deposits and change orders
- Manage labor allocation and employee breaks
- Authorize returns, refunds and check approvals
- Supervise and train staff
- Create and implement operating standards and procedures
- Delegate tasks and ensure completion
- Support performance management and employee coaching
- Maintain cleanliness and order at cashier stations
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting and recruitment
- Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives
- Support safety and security protocols
- Perform inventory counts and equipment maintenance
- Demonstrate cooperative values daily
