Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to perform Night Audit responsibilities as needed
  • Flexible availability across all shifts (days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with OPERA is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • multilingual abilities are an advantage
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for up to six hours at a time
  • Some college coursework is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with OPERA property management system is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse front desk team
  • Demonstrated ability to handle guest service recovery effectively
  • Capacity to maintain a positive and welcoming environment under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable
  • Support front desk operations by managing daily activity in the lobby and assisting with guest inquiries, room assignments, and service recovery
  • Train, mentor, and guide front desk associates to uphold service standards and foster a positive team culture
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, hiring, performance management, payroll, inventory, and shift coverage
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, security, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and consistently high-quality guest experience
  • Provide coverage for last-minute staffing needs, including call-outs or unexpected operational challenges
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Extra hours may occasionally be required
